Integrity should be a guiding core value of every good leader. Honesty and integrity will help a leader build trust with people and provide credibility to their leadership. Trust is critically important for every leader. When the leader breaks trust, they forfeit their ability to lead. In order to be a leader that is admired and followed, you first have to prove that you are trustworthy. 

What you think about yourself is the thing that will either propel you or limit you. Your ability is limited by your mentality. Your mind is designed to suppress ideas, intelligence, and creativity that goes beyond the boundary of your self-image. We will discuss three things you can do to remap those limitations and re-calibrate your mentality. 

In this lesson, we examine the five traditional leadership styles. Properly assessing our leadership style gives us a starting point for our leadership growth. Together, we will discover which type of leader you are.

Leading is not about having power over people. It's about serving people. You're not fit to lead if you are not willing to serve. Leading up is how you influence and respond to your boss, supervisor, or authority figure. Leading down is how you influence and respond to others under your authority.

In order to become a leader who is an excellent communicator, you have to answer two essential questions:

1. What interaction does this person need to fuel them?
 
2. What interaction does this person need to bring them to wholeness?
