I like what my father, Dr. Bill Winston, says, "Vision is more than sight--it's insight." Every leader must know where they are going and where God wants to take them. If you have a vision, it becomes easier to know what to do, and subsequently what not to do. A strong vision will help you maximize your efforts, but before people buy into the vision, they first must buy into the leader.
